    Vianey Martinez Acosta is an interdisciplinary artist from Ciudad Juárez, Mexico who currently lives and works in Washington D.C. Her work explores the vulnerabilities and violence of her community and narrates her experience crossing the U.S.-Mexico border daily, questioning the political corruptness of this division.

  • Cory Obendorfer

    Cory Oberndorfer has been exhibited nationally, including Grand Central Art Center in Santa Ana, CA, Redux Contemporary Art Center and 4th Wall in Charleston, SC, Kayo Gallery in Salt Lake City, UT, VisArts in Rockville, MD, and Flashpoint Gallery, G Fine Art, and the Katzen Arts Center in Washington, D.C. He has completed residencies in Charleston, SC, Johnson, VT, and Ålvik, Norway.
  • Pete Petrine

    At the age of 27, Pete Petrine saw a nine-foot self-portrait by Chuck Close which changed his life. In his senior semester, as a conflict resolution major at George Mason University, Pete took a drawing class elective and immediately changed his major to fine art.

    Erik Thor Sandberg (b. 1975, Quantico, VA) lives and works in Washington, D.C. Sandberg is known for his masterful oil paintings of the human figure and landscape. Creating inventive imagery ranging from panoramic to intimate, Sandberg pushes the skillful illusionism of master painting to the contemporary edge of Magic Realism.

    Brandon Wallace’s artistic passion lies in telling stories through drawing and painting. Wallace holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from The Maryland Institute College of Art and a Master of Fine Arts in Illustration from Syracuse University.

    Robert Yi was born in Seoul, South Korea, and immigrated to the United States at the age of four. He received his MFA from American University, graduated from the University of Virginia with a BA in Foreign Affairs and the Corcoran College of Art & Design with a BFA.
